The Dead Zone

This was one of the best Stephen King movies ever. The only other Stephen King movies I've seen have been Dreamcatcher and Needul Things. Come to think of it, there may have been others, but those are the ones I remember, and that's what really matters. I read (well, listened to on tape) Dreamcatcher and Needful Things before watching the movies, and those movies were so different then the books. But the Dead Zone was the most faithful to the book I have ever seen. There were only like two changes; one was that Johnny's ex-girlfriend became a supporter of Greg Stillson (an evil political bad guy), and that at the end, when Johnny tried to kill Greg Stillson, she was there. There were some very small, small changes, like the location of where some things happened, but those were so minute they didn't matter at all. Even if you didn't read the book, you can really appreciate the movie, it's deep on so many levels. How many levels? 1, but it's a pretty big level, like 20 meters by 20 meters.

The movie gets a 95%, which is the only interesting piece of information this review has offered.
