I'm not much of a ranter, but when I have something to rant about, I do it. First, I hate not having anything to rant about. I started up this page, extremely excited to force my ideas on people, and then my mind draws a blank. I have nothing, NOTHING. Hopefully, later I will be able to think of something, but now, I'm as empty as Kobe Bryant's bank account after he's been sued. I hate the word rant, it sounds so bad, I apologize for using it so many times. I'll try to reduce the amount of times it is used in the future.

I like The Simpsons, it's a great show, and has been running for so many years. However, it makes me angry that people are always saying how The Simpsons is going downhill, and how it is getting worse. I disagree, well, somewhat disagree. First, I'd like to say the original episodes SUCK. Anyone who says the first couple of seasons were the best are wrong. While they were moderately funny, they weren't so much and the animation was incredibly bad. It was the intermediate seasons that were definately the best. The new seasons are pretty good too, it's just that because in comparison to the old seasons they look subpar. Sometimes the animation in the new episodes looks TOO good, but that's not something to complain about. In conclusion, The Simpsons is not declining, it is just in a period of transformation. And to anybody who thinks Simpsons is just not funny... look at this.





Yeah, that's what I thought. And the Simpsons movie will be great, definately better than the Family Guy movie... but that's a rant for another time.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has seen those commercials for those Bratz dolls. Those things always sickened me, I don't know why, I've always been sickened by those. So I was watching Simpsons, or maybe it was King of the Hill, on Sunday night, and at the end credits, they always show commercials alongside the credits (thereby shrinking the credits so no one without the vision of an owl could see them), and one time they were showing the commercial for the Bratz show. But when I saw the commercial, I didn't know it was a show, I thought it was just an advanced commercial for the dolls. Then at the end they said it was a show, and that really pissed me off. How could they make that crap into a show, first of all, it demeans and stereotypes women, portraying them as stupid, superficial morons who think a quarterback is a refund. I hope that show gets canceled and the creator of those dolls goes to jail.
