Some of the commercials these days are really weird, and somewhat offensive. Well, not offensive to me, I'm very rarely offended by the things on TV, but offensive to other people. I personally love them, because it gives me something to rant about and they make me laugh. I was watching The Price is Right, the best game show ever, and this commercial came on about how to relieve the pains of the menstrual cycle (this commercial is directed towards women, unless men go through something I'm not familiar with). It showed a woman standing there, and then displayed a picture of a raging storm over her crotch, and then the picture turned into the box of the medicine being advertised. Obviously, this symbolized how this certain medicine relieves the hurricane that's raging during that certain period of time. I'm not in a position to say whether the product will do successfully or not, after all, the product isn't directed at me.
I hate this Christian stuff on Sunday mornings. Personally, I think the people on these shows are crazy. This guy is like "Satan tried to kill me, he gave me cancer... but the Lord Jesus Christ heeealed me, through-a-medical-doctor, and now I'm back on my feet! Then the guy starts talking about how the rapture coming, and there are all these signs, and that the Jesus Christ will return very shortly and raise the dead. All the time, there's this yes girl, just saying "Oh yes... oh yeees". Now they're trying to get me to buy some sort of book, but I'm not really paying attention. I hate people who think that everything bad that happens is Satan's fault, and everything good that happens is because of God or Jesus. That's not true, and it's not religion, I think it's just idiocy. Doctors train for years to become doctors, and it's not fair for somebody to thank God for saving them instead of the doctor. So, the guy is still preaching the rapture, saying all the signs, blah blah blah.

"This is Bible prophecy, Jesus is coming!" How about this is just coincidence, and because the world is so big that some stuff is bound to happen, and Jesus is not coming, he's dead, gone, dust, dirt, bones, vaporized. At least, that's how I see it. It's the end of the show, and that book they're selling, it's $59.95. Oh, but don't worry, the shipping and handling is free! The woman just set her father taught her how to live and how to die. That's a little weird...
