Drugs are horrible, I don't know why people use them. There are so many natural highs in the world... a good movie, a sunset, climbing a tree, playing Monopoly, sniffing paint thinner; people don't need to use drugs to feel good. Drugs are bad in so many ways. First of all, the production of many drugs creates a lot of toxic waste, which gets dumped in the ocean, fish eat it, fishermen catch the fish, sell the fish, the fish are marketed in a store, I buy them, I eat them, and then I get brain damage. That's the life cycle of drug production. Plus, a lot of people get hospitalized from drug use, which takes away care from people who actually need it, like kids who shot themselves playing with daddy's 9mm beretta with teflon-coated bullets, but I digress. Cigarette's are as bad too, because they also hospitalize people, and the second hand smoke kills people who did nothing wrong. I think the whole smoking problem would be solved if the government just took one smoker and tortured him on live television in a Fox special, then told the people that would be the fate of other smokers. Or, they could confine all smoking to one small room in a remote area in Ohio, so people would have to get on a plane and fly to another state to have a smoke. I got that idea from The Onion, and here's a quote from that article (as in, from as best as my memory recalls):
"On my lunch break at work, I would drive hundreds of miles just to get a smoke. Worst of all, the line to the room was 40 or 50 million people long, so I would get back to work 6 months later."
In conclusion, drugs and cigarettes are bad, and people who use them are naughty.
Went paintballing today. It was the first really intense paintball expedition I've went on. I've paintballed before, but this was really intense. In a forest, lots of thorns and bushes. At first, I was very careful, avoiding the sharp thorns. It was a 2 on 1 match (I was the 1), and after I encountered the enemy, I stopped caring about the thorns, and just rushed through them to attain a better position or escape fire. In the first encounter, I was shooting at both of them, and I hit one of my friends twice. Then, the other friend came out to a little, and I started focusing purely on him. While I was shooting at him, the other guy came around the trees to me, and he was 10 feet away or so, and I turned and saw him, but I wasn't going to shoot because it was too close, and I assumed he was forcing me into surrender, then he took a shot and it hit me right in the side of the face, and exploded into my mask. It angered me a bit, but it didn't hurt as bad as it seems it should've. More cool stuff happened, but I've said enough. Oh, and I was sitting on the side of the road with my gun pointed up, and a car drove by, then the guy looked over and saw me and then floored the gas and sped up the road incredibly quick. Funny stuff.
