Some parts of Deal or No Deal are such scams. First of all, there's no skill involved, it's all luck. But here's the real scam; the banker does nothing. It's a computer that makes the offers. The banker does absolutely nothing. Want proof? At the end, when people take the deal, Howie says, "If you had gone on, what would you have picked?" and then they pick, and the would-be offers come up so fast. That proves it's all a computer, the banker does nothing. It's probably not even him calling, or when he does, he talks bullshit and Howie just makes stuff up. The banker is probably one of the sound technicians, and whenever it looks like he's calling Howie, he's calling someone else and saying, "We need the audio switched to sound station #2, it's getting a little staticky on #1", and other stuff like that. This was a good rant, not like most crap I push out these days. That statement came out better than I expected; what a great forty five minutes this has been.

I don't know where computer-peeps came up with the name firewall. Firewall makes the barrier sound weak. That's right, I said weak. You know what would be more powerful? An icewall. You can't get through that. Fire, you can just jump through that. Sure, it'll burn a little, and you MIGHT catch, but if you send 1000 people through, at least four will survive, with only moderately severe to morbidly severe burns. You know what those four people could do? Destroy a network. That's why we need icewalls. You can't "jump" through an icewall, you try, you're just break your face. And these icewalls wouldn't be no normal ice, it would be like absolute zero ice, which would be incapable of being broken or penetrated. Just try to melt it with a flamethrower. Just try. I dare you. I'll laugh at your failure.
